CAPTAINS
Captain check in at 6:30 AM at the registration desk to the right of the entrance to Liberty House Restaurant to receive your table assignment and captain’s and angler’s bags. Arrive early enough to secure your boat at the transient dock (behind the gas dock) beforehand. Marina personnel will be on hand to direct you to your slip starting at 5:30 AM. Use VHF channel 72 for tournament and marina communications.
ANGLERS
Angler check in at 7:00 AM at registration deck to the right of the entrance to Liberty House Restaurant. Get your captain assignment and proceed immediately inside. Look for the captain’s name card on the tables. Your angler bag will be with your captain. If you can’t find your captain return to the registration table.
- 7:00 – 8:15 AM Breakfast will be served.
- 7:30 Mandatory captains’ meeting during breakfast.
- 8:15 AM All teams to your boats. Pick up box lunch using lunch ticket as you exit the building.
- 8:45 AM Boats should be lined up outside the Morris Canal for the parade to the Statue of Liberty and Shotgun Start.
- 4:00 PM All boats must be back at the dock. Captains turn in Catch Sheets in the banquet room. Bar opens in dining room at Liberty House Restaurant. Mingle, introduce yourself to our honored hero guests.
- 5:30 PM Dinner will be served.
- 6:00 PM Live Auctions, raffles, and 50/50 kick off. Have fun, be generous, this is a great cause!
- 7:00 PM Tournament awards presentation.
